Cualli Tonalli this day Malinalli, grass with the guardian Patecatl, the god of medicines and pulque. The moon phase is waxing crescent - refinement. The grasses played an important role in Aztec and Mayan culture. It was used for everything from housing, matting, roofing, clothing, diapers, boats, baskets, and more.  The spiritual connotation of Malinalli is the premise of native culture in that everything we need is provided for from nature and the plants. This strong grass is rooted in the waters and also provides the perfect eco system for small mammals, birds, fish, and more. It grows in abundance and is a staple of life for many lifeforms. Petecatl is the god of medicines and pulque, the drink of the gods. We honor the many forms of sacred medicines that come in liquid form. The power today is the Macaw, Alotl. A majestic and enchanting bird who flies in flocks and brings a strong intellect and visual healing.
The lord of the night, Centeotl the god of sustenance and the sacred medicine of food. Today and tonight we find that everything we need is provided for in nature. We give thanks for all the ways that we are supported and offer gratitude to thank the planet for this beautiful place to learn, heal, and live. Ometeolt Sarah

"The baby blessing was one of my favorite parts of the whole shower!"
Sara G.

I attended last year’s Ancestral Healing Arts workshop at Mt. Shasta and it was more than I could have ever expected. Sarah was a great leader and facilitator. I didn’t know how much healing I would receive from attending this workshop. We laughed, we cried, we shared our stories in a safe container. We learned how to set our 4 directional altars and we delved deeply into our family stories and personal healing. I plan to attend this year’s workshop in Ashland. I highly recommend working with Sarah.

“I had the honor of attending this ancestral healing workshop last Summer at the Goddess Temple in Ashland with this dear spirit healer. The whole experience was a powerful catalyst for some much needed changes & healing in my life.

I highly recommend this weekend retreat with Sarah where she will utilize the power of the four directions and various folk healing techniques to bring about any spiritual, emotional or energetic healing you may need at this time.

Sarah brings an open deer heart, compassion and a potent understanding of her medicine tools to each of her sessions where you will feel safe, and safely held in a good circle.“ ~ Cihuatochtli Denai Fuller
