Cualli Tonalli this day Quiahuitl or Rain with the guardian Tonatiuh - Sun God. The moon is in waning gibbous ~ Recieve. Every gardener knows that rain is the optimum way to receive. It settles the earth, awakens the seeds and plants, and distributes the energy evenly across the earth. After a rain, the garden is more vibrant. It has the color of the medicine from which was administered. This trecena Alt, or water is especially potent because the energies of rain and water align to the receiving energy of the gibbous moon. Tonitiuh is always behind and driving from the other side of the clouds. For those of us transcending cycles of grief and trauma, today especially we are wise to take a moment and noticably feel what it is to receive.
The power is Matlactli Uan Ce Alotl, the Macaw. A mesmerizing intellect and an appearance of beauty. Macaw spatters the sky with color and reminds us of the beauty of the rain today.
The lord of the night, Tlaloc, the lord of the rain. As a western US culture we are continually communicating with this essence and today the energies align. It is a wonderful night to give gratitude prayer for the amount of rain we do receive. Ometeotl Sarah
"The baby blessing was one of my favorite parts of the whole shower!"
I attended last year’s Ancestral Healing Arts workshop at Mt. Shasta and it was more than I could have ever expected. Sarah was a great leader and facilitator. I didn’t know how much healing I would receive from attending this workshop. We laughed, we cried, we shared our stories in a safe container. We learned how to set our 4 directional altars and we delved deeply into our family stories and personal healing. I plan to attend this year’s workshop in Ashland. I highly recommend working with Sarah.
“I had the honor of attending this ancestral healing workshop last Summer at the Goddess Temple in Ashland with this dear spirit healer. The whole experience was a powerful catalyst for some much needed changes & healing in my life.
I highly recommend this weekend retreat with Sarah where she will utilize the power of the four directions and various folk healing techniques to bring about any spiritual, emotional or energetic healing you may need at this time.
Sarah brings an open deer heart, compassion and a potent understanding of her medicine tools to each of her sessions where you will feel safe, and safely held in a good circle.“ ~ Cihuatochtli Denai Fuller
